Investor group to acquire McAfee Corp for more than $14bn
An investor group led by Advent, Permira, Crosspoint Capital, CPPIB, GIC and an ADIA subsidiary, has agreed to acquire cybersecurity provider McAfee Corp for $26 per share or over $14 billion.
