Isles Ranch Partners recruits Downes as MD

Isles Ranch Partners, a real estate investment and asset management firm, has appointed Patrick Downes as managing director. Downes is managing partner of D Capital LLC, a new affiliate of IRP. He was also a co-founder of Premium Point Investments LP.

Newport Beach, CA, March 5, 2019- Isles Ranch Partners, a real estate investment and asset management firm that has invested and managed in excess of $850 million in US residential housing opportunities announced today that Patrick Downes has joined as Managing Director. Mr. Downes will also be a member of the Investment Committee and management team. He will be based in CT and NY.

Patrick is also the Managing Partner of D Capital LLC, a new affiliate of IRP, which will provide the Institutional platform for these initiatives.

Prior to founding D Capital / joining IRP, Patrick was a co-founder of Premium Point Investments, LP, an alternative private equity investment firm focusing on US residential investment securities and whole loans. Earlier, Patrick spent almost 20 years working at major investment banks including Deutsche Bank, Greenwich Capital and Salomon Brothers in the capital market groups as a senior member focusing on the US residential capital markets.
