Ivanhoé Cambridge buys London’s Stonecutter Court for $200 mln

Ivanhoé Cambridge has purchased London’s Stonecutter Court from Hines Global REIT. The acquisition price was £112 million ($200.75 million). Stonecutter is a 150,000 square-foot office property, leased principally to Deloitte as part of its central London office campus. Hines acquired the property in 2011.  Ivanhoé Cambridge is the real estate investment arm of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.


Ivanhoé Cambridge completes acquisition of Stonecutter Court in London from Hines

LONDON, United Kingdom and MONTREAL, Québec, Canada, Dec. 8, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ – Ivanhoé Cambridge announced today the acquisition of Stonecutter Court, a core office asset located in Central London, from Hines Global REIT.

The 150,000 square-foot (14 000 m2) Grade A office property, leased principally to Deloitte as part of its Central London office campus, has been acquired for £112 million.

DTZ represented Hines Global REIT, while CBRE and Greycoat acted for Ivanhoé Cambridge. Greycoat will be the asset manager.
