James Hawkes Joins Clayton Dubilier

(Reuters) Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, the private equity firm, named James Hawkes as an adviser. Hawkes left Boston-based mutual fund company Eaton Vance Corp (EV.N) in October 2007, after 37 years during which he worked as chairman, chief executive and chief investment officer, among other roles. He left when he reached Eaton Vance’s mandatory retirement age. At Clayton, he will evaluate investment opportunities in financial services.
