JLL Partners hires Kamford as managing director and Shillito as senior healthcare investment member

Previously, Kamford was founding executive and head of talent at Flowcode.

JLL Partners has hired Marley Kamford as managing director and chief talent officer. Also, the middle-market private equity firm has tapped James Shillito as a senior member of the healthcare investment team.

Previously, Kamford was founding executive and head of talent at Flowcode. Prior to this, she was global head of executive search at Verizon Media.

Shillito joins from The Carlyle Group, where he was the sector lead for the firm’s middle market investment efforts in healthcare.

On the appointments, Dan Agroskin, a managing partner at JLL Partners, said in a statement, “We are thrilled to welcome Marley and James to the Firm – two exciting hires for our team.
