Private Equity Jobs of the Week: UBS, Dentons, Silicon Valley Bank are hiring

UBS is looking for a private equity due diligence analyst to evaluate potential managers and monitor those already on the platform. The successful candidate will also represent the Alternative Investments team to financial advisors and clients, as well as internal divisions such as sales, product and other investment teams. Applicants should have several years of experience evaluating third-party mangers in private equity, real estate and credit. The position is in New York.

Dentons is recruiting a senior business development coordinator to support the firm’s corporate group, which covers M&A, securities, private equity, banking and finance. The position will plan, execute and evaluate the ROI of all business development initiatives. Candidates should have three to five years of experience in the professional services industry; law firm experience is a plus. Location is Chicago or New York.

Silicon Valley Bank is looking to hire a vice president of private equity services. The successful candidate will support loan growth, risk management and client relationships in partnership with senior bankers in the eastern region. Vice presidents engage with private equity and venture capital firms directly, and take a lead role in daily portfolio monitoring and underwriting of new loan opportunities. At least three years of commercial lending or directly related experience is required. The position is in Newton, MA.

Trusted Insight is seeking an investment associate for its venture capital practice. The associate will work closely with the managing director and portfolio managers to assist with due diligence of potential opportunities, financial modeling, portfolio monitoring and evaluation. Candidates should have two to four years of investment experience. The position is in San Francisco.

Regent Companies is seeking an M&A analyst in Los Angeles to evaluate new investment opportunities. The successful candidate will participate in the full length of the M&A process, including due diligence and the negotiation of deal terms. Applicants should have one to two years of related work experience in corporate development, financial services, M&A investment banking or private equity.
