Jobs of the week: Carlyle, CPPIB, UBS and Morgan Stanley hiring

The Carlyle Group is recruiting for a legal and compliance vice president. The compliance officer will be responsible for facilitating TCG Securities’ compliance, its registered reps and other associated persons with broker-dealer compliance policies and procedures relating to global market strategies. FINRA Series licenses 7, 24, 63 are required.

Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is seeking a managing director of infrastructure for London. The hire will lead deal transaction teams in generating and managing infrastructure investments throughout Europe on a principal basis. Fifteen plus years of relevant experience is required. Applicants should have a proven track record of successful investment recommendations.

BelHealth Investment Partners is looking to add a chief operating officer/compliance officer to its team. Duties include creating or adopting policies and procedures designed to ensure that the firm and its employees comply with laws and regulations and fulfill fiduciary duties to investors. Private equity fund experience is desired. Job is in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

Morgan Stanley is hiring a private equity product manager in New York City. Duties include working closely with product development/management colleagues as well as the alternative investment research team to identify new funds to add to the private equity fund platform. Three to five years of experience in financial services, including product development/management experience, is required. MBA/CFA is preferred but not mandatory.

Lowenstein Sandler is seeking an investment management attorney. Job responsibilities include providing solutions and client service to firm’s clientele of hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and other pooled investment vehicles, as well as institutional investors, investment advisers and broker-dealers. Position is in either NYC or Roseland, NJ.

UBS is looking for a private equity reporting analyst. Job responsibilities include providing assistance in the daily operational accounting activities for the private equity legacy business. The hire will also prepare monthly head office reporting for private equity entities. CPA and MBA degree are assets. Job is based in Nashville.
