JZ Capital invests $22 mln in K2 Towers

JZ Capital Partners Ltd. said Monday that it invested $22 million in K2 Towers. An investor group led by Orangewood Partners also invested in K2, which owns and operates wireless communication towers in the United States and Puerto Rico.

JZ Capital Partners Limited (LSE:JZCP.L or “JZCP”), the London listed private equity fund that invests in high quality US and European microcap companies and US real estate, has closed a co-investment alongside an investor group led by Orangewood Partners in K2 Towers (“K2”), an operator and owner of wireless communication towers.
JZCP invested US$22 million in K2 which was founded in 2009 and specialises in acquiring and maintaining wireless communication towers. K2’s existing portfolio stretches throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
