Kawula joins Small World

Small World FS said June 4 that Chris Kawula was named a managing director of the company. Kawula was previously a chief sales and marketing officer for Sigue Corp. Small World, a payment service provider, is backed by Equistone Partners Europe, PitchBook said. Kevin Neuschatz, Small World’s current managing director, will become non-executive director.

Small World announces the appointment of a new US Managing Director

London 04 June 2019 – Small World FS, a leading international omni-channel payment service provider, is pleased to announce it has appointed a new US Managing Director.

Chris Kawula has been appointed as the new Managing Director. He has 14 years’ experience in the remittance industry including consumer to consumer and consumer to business payment products. He has successfully led industry leading organisations and developed collaborative business relationships across the retail trade spectrum including Financial Service Centres, Banks, Supermarkets, Mass, Drug, C/G and Independent classes of trade. Prior to his new role Chris was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Sigue Corporation, and Senior Vice President, Sales and Account Management for the Western Union Company. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, and marketing for PepsiCo, Inc.

The current Managing Director, Kevin Neuschatz is moving from this role to become Non- Executive director of Small World, helping to identify opportunities and opening up new avenues for the company.

Chris will take up his role in the US on 10th June 2019. Kevin will work on a handover with Chris to ensure a smooth transition before assuming his new role.
