Kinderhook Industries, LLC announced today the acquisition of Corporate Family Network (“CFN”) by E4 Health, Inc., an existing Kinderhook portfolio company. The deal represents the 12th healthcare services transaction completed by Kinderhook. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Dallas, TX, E4 Health is a leading provider of employee assistance programs (EAP) and behavioral health risk management programs. E4 Health provides a full range of total health management solutions on a single integrated platform – LifeMap – delivering best-in-class EAP, Behavioral Health, and Wellness services.
Headquartered in New York, NY, CFN is a leading-edge provider of EAP and work-life services. As E4 Health’s New York hub, CFN will be a “Center of Excellence,” establishing baselines for service delivery and outcomes, while setting industry standards in providing premier corporate service to clients. The CFN acquisition also enhances E4 Health’s LifeMap platform, a comprehensive suite of services encompassing Population Health Management (PHM), Wellness, and Employee Assistance Programs.
