KKR completes acquisition of cybersecurity firm Barracuda

J.P. Morgan served as financial advisor to Thoma Bravo and Barracuda while DBO Partners and Barclays did the same for KKR.

KKR has closed its buyout of Barracuda, a provider of cloud-first security solutions, from Thoma Bravo. No financial terms were disclosed.
