Kohn rejoins Park Madison Partners as an equity partner

Park Madison Partners has rehired Rob Kohn as an equity partner. Previously, Kohn worked at Akridge.

New York, NY, September 13, 2016 – Park Madison Partners, a New York-based real estate placement and advisory firm, announced that Rob Kohn has rejoined the firm as an Equity Partner. He will focus on capital formation, strategic advisory services and client management.

Mr. Kohn brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate and banking as well as extensive experience in Europe and Asia. He rejoins Park Madison Partners after three years as senior vice president at Akridge, a vertically integrated commercial real estate firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Kohn was responsible for sourcing and structuring joint venture partnerships with industry-leading institutional investment firms. He also was a senior advisor to one of the largest privately owned private equity real estate firms in Europe, providing strategy advice with a focus on North American investors.

Mr. Kohn was a partner at Quince Hill Partners and director of marketing at Commonwealth Realty Investors, having begun his career at JPMorgan Chase as an investment banking analyst.

Mr. Kohn earned a BS from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
