KPN rebuffs takeover bids from EQT/Stonepeak-led group and KKR: Reuters

Dutch telecommunications firm KPN NV has rejected takeover bids from a private equity investor group led by EQT and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and another from KKR, reported Reuters.

Dutch telecommunications firm KPN NV has rejected takeover bids from a private equity investor group led by EQT and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and another from KKR, reported Reuters. No financial terms were disclosed; however, the news wire noted that in April, the Wall Street Journal reported that private investors, including EQT, “sought to pay 3 euros per share” for KPN.
