Kraken Robotics to acquire PE-backed PanGeo Subsea

Kraken Robotics has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire PanGeo Subsea, a St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador-based provider of 3D acoustic imaging solutions for the sub-seabed.
