Lee Equity, BlackBern Partners invest in Westfall Technik

Lee Equity Partners and BlackBern Partners have invested in Westfall Technik. Financial terms weren’t announced. Westfall, of Chandler, Arizona, is a holding company that provides plastic manufacturing services to the medical, packaging and consumer goods industries. Westfall has since acquired Fairway Injection Molds Inc and Integrity Mold Inc.

Westfall Technik was founded by Brian Jones, who has 30 years of executive experience in the plastics manufacturing industry. Westfall Technik Expansion Plans

Accordingly, Westfall is in active acquisition discussions with premier tool makers and injection molding operations.
