Guy Lewin-Smith has agreed to join the
Debevoise & Plimpton LLP today announced that Guy Lewin-Smith will be joining the firm's London office in early 2008 as a partner in the corporate practice. Mr. Lewin-Smith joins the firm from Linklaters, where he has spent his entire legal career and has been a partner in that firm's corporate finance practice since 1994.
Mr. Lewin-Smith advises on a full range of M&A, equity capital market and corporate finance advisory matters. He has experience across various industrial sectors, including the financial services sector. Mr. Lewin-Smith was also responsible for founding and developing the corporate practice in Linklaters' Singapore office.
