Lightyear Capital LLC has agreed to acquire Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based Engage PEO, a provider of HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. No financial terms were disclosed. Piper Jaffray & Co. is serving as financial adviser to Engage PEO on the transaction with Jones Day acting as legal counsel.
