Lincoln International expands team with new hire

Lincoln International has hired Carrie Grapenthin to lead the firm’s global brand and marketing strategy efforts. Previously, she worked at BGRS where she led that company’s brand, marketing and communications strategy.


CHICAGO, Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce the addition of Carrie Grapenthin to lead the firm’s global brand and marketing strategy efforts. Carrie brings significant experience and expertise garnered over nearly 20 years in professional services and global corporate organizations.

Most recently, Carrie led brand, marketing and communications strategy for BGRS, a global provider of human resources and talent mobility services for Fortune 500 companies. During her time there, she drove enhanced awareness and preference for the BGRS brand and capabilities, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in new annualized revenue for the company.

Prior to joining BGRS, Carrie provided corporate marketing and communications leadership and management for Navigant, a publicly traded (NYSE), leading, global, management consulting and dispute advisory firm. During her ten years at Navigant, she built an integrated marketing function, designed a firm-wide thought leadership strategy and platform, and introduced and operationalized emerging media and approaches into the marketing mix, including web, social and content marketing.

In addition to her extensive professional services experience, Carrie spent six years providing marketing and communications program management and employee communications consulting for some of the world’s most recognized brands including Allstate Insurance Co., the McDonald’s Corporation and Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. The latter two organizations were clients served during her tenure at Golin, a global strategic communications firm.

While also working at Golin, Carrie earned her Master of Science in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both communications and English from Purdue University.
