Linden Capital Partners invests in RQM+

Linden will support growth at RQM+, which today employs 400-plus across the US and Europe, via both organic efforts and acquisitions.

Linden Capital Partners has invested in RQM+, a Monroeville, Pennsylvania-based provider of regulatory, quality and compliance consulting services tailored to medical device and in-vitro diagnostics manufacturers. The deal is valued at $385 million, according to a previous PE Hub report.

Monroeville, PA (August 18, 2021) — RQM+ announced today an investment by Linden Capital Partners (Linden), a Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm. Headquartered in Monroeville, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh, RQM+ is the largest international provider of regulatory, quality and compliance consulting services dedicated to medical device and in-vitro diagnostics manufacturers.
