Middle-market buyout shop LLR Partners has added four new staff members: Jack Slye as vice president; Irene Lisyansky and Brian Berkin as senior associates; and Scott Williams as a senior analyst. Slye previously served as a principal with Sterling Partners, focusing on consumer, education and health care investments. Lisyansky worked previously in positions at General Atlantic and Deutsche Bank Asset Management. Berkin was previously an associate at RoundTable Healthcare Partners. And Williams was formerly an investment banking analyst for Stifel, Nicolaus & Company.

Jack Slye joins LLR as a Vice President, Irene Lisyansky and Brian Berkin come on as Senior Associates, and Scott Williams will serve as a Senior Analyst.

With more than six years of private equity experience, Jack Slye joins LLR Partners as a Vice President, responsible for managing the firm’s consumer and education services practice. Slye previously served as a Principal with Sterling Partners, where he specialized in consumer, education, and health care investments. During his tenure at Sterling, Slye also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Sylvan Learning’s National Learning Centers.
As Senior Associates, Irene Lisyansky and Brian Berkin will focus on the firm’s business services and financial services practices, respectively. Before joining LLR, Lisyansky worked as a Senior Analyst in the Consumer and Technology Groups of General Atlantic, and as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Deutsche Bank Asset Management. Berkin was previously an Associate at RoundTable Healthcare Partners, and has also served as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse.
Scott Williams will serve as a Senior Analyst for LLR, focusing primarily on the firm’s business services practice. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst in the Technology Group of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company.
