Lufkin Joins Morgan Joseph TriArtisan

Morgan Joseph TriArtisan said Monday that it added Timothy Lufkin as an MD in its industrial investment banking gorup. Lufkin was most recently an MD in the industiral and financial sponsors gorup at Cowen & Co.

Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC today announced the addition of Timothy B. Lufkin as a Managing Director in the firm’s Industrials Investment Banking Group.  Mr. Lufkin, who has a 20-year career on Wall Street, was most recently a Managing Director in the Industrials and Financial Sponsors Group at Cowen & Company.

Prior to Cowen, Mr. Lufkin was a Managing Director with FBR Capital Markets, where he focused on sell and buy side M&A, and the raising of public and private capital for companies controlled by financial sponsors.  He joined FBR upon its purchase of Legacy Partners Group, LLC, where he also was a Managing Director initiating and executing advisory and capital raising transactions.

Previously, Mr. Lufkin was a Partner in Greenwich, CT based Hidden Brook Partners, LLC, a boutique M&A and private equity investment firm that he co-founded.  He started his Wall Street career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp., where for over 10 years he provided financial advice and public and private capital for middle market companies, primarily in the industrial and consumer sectors. Mr. Lufkin graduated with a B.S. in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama.
