Madison Dearborn-backed NFP buys Ogilvy Insurance

NFP, a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners, has acquired Montreal-based Ogilvy Insurance, a provider of property and casualty insurance, as well as group benefits and pensions, and life insurance and investments.
