Main Capital Partners has raised over 100 million euros for its fifth fund. The target is 200 million euros with a hard cap of 225 million euros. Main Capital V will invest in small to medium-sized software companies in the Benelux and the DACH region.

Main Capital Partners is happy to announce that it has executed an initial closing of Main Capital V substantially above EUR 100 million. The target size for Main Capital V is EUR 200 million, with a hard cap of EUR 225 million. Main Capital V is fully focused on majority buy outs and majority growth equity investments in small to medium sized software groups in the Benelux and the DACH region. Based on very large interest in Main Capital V from the LP community we expect to finalize our fundraising and the closing of the fund in a relatively short period of time.
