Mark Olexy Joins Atlantic-Pacific Capital

Mark Olexy has joined Atlantic-Pacific Capital as a principal in the firm’s direct private placements group. He previously was with Lazard.

Atlantic-Pacific Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Olexy as Principal in its Direct Private Placements Group. Formerly of Lazard, Mr. Olexy will focus on sourcing, structuring and executing direct private placement transactions.

Mr. Olexy brings approximately 15 years of private placement experience to Atlantic-Pacific Capital and has extensive experience in equity, equity-linked and debt private placements. He has successfully raised capital for issuers globally across multiple sectors including energy, cleantech, healthcare, technology, media & telecommunications, financial institutions, business services and general industrials.

Prior to joining Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Mr. Olexy was a Director in Lazard’s Alternative Capital Finance Group in New York where he focused on raising private equity and equity-linked capital for private and illiquid public companies. Previously, Mr. Olexy held positions in direct private placements at Citigroup Global Markets, Larkspur Capital and BMO Capital Markets. Mr. Olexy holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Olexy is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
