Middlemarch Partners unveils new investment vehicle

Middlemarch Partners LLC has formed a new investment vehicle Middlemarch Private Capital. Dean Larson will lead Middlemarch Private Capital. Also, Middlemarch has hired Elliot Weinberg as an associate.


NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Middlemarch Partners, LLC (“Middlemarch”) announces the launch of Middlemarch Private Capital, the firm’s investment vehicle, to be led by Dean Larson and the hiring of Associate Elliot Weinberg.

As a merchant bank, Middlemarch Partners advises financial services clients on capital raising and M&A as well as invests alongside lead institutional sponsors in transactions sourced through Middlemarch’s banking activities. Dean Larson, a newly appointed Partner of Middlemarch Partners, will lead Middlemarch’s Private Capital initiatives to secure limited partner capital for
Middlemarch Partners’ coinvestments. Mr. Larson has more than 25 years experience in financial services while working for Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Merrill Lynch.
