Montage Partners has acquired Cal-Sierra Pipe Inc., a Stockton, Calif.-based provider of steel pipes for use in agriculture and water infrastructure applications. No financial terms were disclosed. McGladrey Capital Markets managed the transaction.

Cal-Sierra Pipe, Inc., a value-added provider of steel pipe and related products for use in agriculture and water infrastructure applications, was acquired by Montage Partners, a private equity firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
McGladrey Capital Markets initiated the transaction, sourced the buyer, led the negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Cal-Sierra Pipe. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
