SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. and WILLITS, Calif., April 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Montage Partners, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Advanced Manufacturing and Development, Inc., dba METALfx (“METALfx”), from a subsidiary of Avista Corporation. METALfx’s existing management team will continue to lead the company and will own a meaningful equity stake in the business.
