Monument MicroCap Partners has named Rick Larkin as an operating partner. Larkin’s work background includes working with and advising firms that include The Carlyle Group, Blackstone and KPS Capital Partners.
Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), an Indianapolis-based private equity firm, announced today that Rick Larkin has joined Monument as an Operating Partner. Rick has broad experience in finance, management, and M&A in the private equity environment, working with and advising several of the most successful PE firms during his career including The Carlyle Group, Blackstone and KPS Capital Partners. Rick will become Monument’s first dedicated operating resource.
