Parsippany, New Jersey-based MRA Capital Partners, hybrid private equity real estate firm, has launched its Lighthouse Fund. The fund will provide private debt loans for commercial and residential developers builders and real estate investors. MRA is seeking to raise $50 million for its first round.
Parsippany, New Jersey based Hybrid Private Equity Real Estate Fund MRA Capital Partners, LP is pleased to announce the launch of its a High Yield Asset Based portfolio – LIGHTHOUSE FUND. The Fund provides private debt loans for experienced and well capitalized commercial and residential developers, builders & real estate investors. MRA’s target raise for its first round is $50 million.
MRA Capital Partners was found in November 2017 after the completion of its first successful equity raise in a $45 million Mixed-use project in Sparta, NJ called “North Village”.
