MTS and Oaktree sell Secura to Carefinders

CareFinders Total Care LLC has acquired Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey-based Secura Home Health LLC, a provider of adult home care services. No financial terms were disclosed. The sellers are MTS Health Investors LLC and Oaktree Capital Management LP. Lincoln International was the sell-side adviser to Secura on the deal.

The previous headline of this news report misstated that Carefinders was sold to Secura. That has since been corrected.
