Norwest Equity Partners-backed Avtex buys Aria Solutions

Avtex, a portfolio company of Norwest Equity Partners, has acquired Aria Solutions, a Calgary-based provider of contact center and customer experience solutions.

Avtex, a portfolio company of Norwest Equity Partners, has acquired Aria Solutions, a Calgary-based provider of contact center and customer experience solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Bloomington, Minneapolis-based Avtex is a customer experience consulting and solutions business. Norwest invested in 2018.


MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Avtex, a customer experience (CX) consulting and technology company, announced today its acquisition of Aria Solutions, a leader in contact center and customer experience solutions based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
