Christopher Graber and Matt London have been named as vice presidents at Chicago-based private equity firm Waud Capital Partners. Graber had been a director of TruePartners Consulting. Waud Capital Partners was founded in 1993 and seeks to invest sums of between $10 million and $100 million in healthcare services, business and consumer services, specialty distribution and value-added industrial businesses.
Chicago, IL, September, 2010 – Waud Capital Partners (“WCP” or “Waud Capital”) is pleased to announce that Christopher Graber has rejoined the firm as a Vice President and that Matt London, who joined the firm in summer 2007 as an Associate, has been promoted to Vice President. WCP also announces that David Peterson has joined as an Associate.
Mr. Graber rejoins Waud Capital as a Vice President after graduating with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of True Partners Consulting. Mr. Graber previously worked as an Associate at WCP for three years prior to Kellogg. Prior to joining WCP, he worked in the investment banking group of Robert W. Baird & Co. in Chicago. Mr. Graber holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University.
Mr. London joined Waud Capital in 2007 as an Associate and was a Senior Associate prior to his promotion. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Maxum Petroleum and previously served as a Director of Regency Hospital Company. Prior to joining Waud Capital, Mr. London worked in the investment banking group of Deutsche Bank in Chicago. Mr. London holds a B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, in Finance and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Peterson was previously an Analyst in the healthcare investment banking group of Houlihan Lokey in Chicago where he worked across many healthcare services sectors, including home health, hospice, long-term care and behavioral health. Mr. Peterson holds a B.B.A., with high distinction, in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics from the University of Michigan.
