AmberPoint, an Oakland-based provider of SOA runtime governance software, has raised $9 million in fifth-round funding. SAP Ventures was joined by return backers Crosslink Capital, Meritech Capital Partners, Motorola Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners and Sutter Hill Ventures.
