Toronto-based nickel producer Noront Resources has agreed to sell itself to Wyloo Metals, an affiliate of Australian private investment firm Tattarang, Reuters reported. Noront said it will give BHP Group five business days to match the offer. Wyloo’s latest bid values the mining company at about C$617 million ($477 million) and is 57 percent higher than its prior offer.
