Northland Securities to buy certain assets from Summer Street

Northland Securities has agreed to acquire “certain” assets from Boston-based healthcare-focused investment bank Summer Street Research Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.



Northland Securities and Summer Street Research Partners today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement where Northland Securities will acquire certain assets from Summer Street Research Partners, an investment bank exclusively focused on the healthcare sector.

Summer Street Research Partners brings additional scale to Northland’s equity capital markets healthcare business with significant expertise in investment banking, research, sales and trading. Substantially all of the key individuals from Summer Street have joined Northland and will operate as Summer Street Research Partners, a division of Northland Securities.
