Deerfield, Illinois-based Textura Corp., a provider of collaboration and productivity tools for the construction industry, recently priced its planned initial public offering of 5,000,000 common shares at US$15.00 per share. It was subsequently reported by Reuters that the company raised US$75 million on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE symbol: TXTR). Textura is a portfolio company of Toronto-based venture capital firm Northwater Capital Management.
Textura Corporation (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TXTR” on June 7, 2013. The offering is expected to close on June 12, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
Credit Suisse and William Blair are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, and JMP Securities, Oppenheimer & Co. and Barrington Research are acting as co-managers.
