Norvestor Equity has agreed to sell Secode AB, a provider of managed security and security consulting services, to NTT Communications Corp., a unit of Nippon Telephone and Telegraph Corp. No financial terms were disclosed.
NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), a unit of Nippon Telephone and Telegraph Corp., has announced today a definitive agreement under which NTT Com will acquire all shares of Secode AB, a leading provider of managed-security and security-consulting services. Terms of the deal were not announced.
“The addition of Secode will enrich the NTT Com group’s portfolio of managed-security services and strengthen our Nordic business, together with our global security unit Integralis AG,” said Akira Arima, President and CEO of NTT Com. “This will enhance our capabilities to meet market demands for a variety of security services at the global level.”
Sellers, which included private equity house Norvestor Equity, were advised by EOC Partners LLP Corporate Finance.
