Novacap acquires stake in online powersports retailer FortNine

Canadian mid-market private equity firm Novacap has acquired an interest in FortNine, a Montreal-based e-commerce platform for motorcycle, dirt bike, ATV, snowmobile and other powersports gear, accessories and parts.
