NXT Capital said Thursday that it provided an $88 million loan to support Trinity Hunt Partners’ buy of America’s Auto Auction Inc. NXT Capital said it acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent and Joint Bookrunner for the transaction. Dallas-based America’s Auto provides pre-owned car auctions.
Chicago, Illinois, April 22, 2015 – NXT Capital announced that it has provided an $88 million senior secured credit facility to support Trinity Hunt Partners’ acquisition of America’s Auto Auction, Inc.
NXT Capital acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent and Joint Bookrunner for this transaction.
