Nyloncraft Sold to Dickten Masch Plastics

Nyloncraft has been sold to Dickten Masch Plastics, a member of the Patmian Group. Founded in 1956 and based in Mishawaka, Indiana, Nyloncraft is a provider of plastic molding solutions serving the automotive, transportation, industrial and medical markets. Nyloncraft was a portfolio company of HKW, a private equity firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
