Matt Oehlmann has joined Evergreen Pacific Partners as a VP. Oehlmann will primarily focus on origination throughout Southern California and the West Coast. Most recently, Oehlmann was a VP at Marlin Equity Partners.

SEATTLE and LOS ANGELES, September 5, 2013 – Evergreen Pacific Partners (Evergreen), Washington State’s largest private equity fund, announced it has added Matt Oehlmann as vice president in the company’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Oehlmann will primarily focus his efforts on origination throughout Southern California and the West Coast. In addition he will participate in all activities of the firm throughout the investment process.
Mr. Oehlmann joins Evergreen from his post as a vice president at Marlin Equity Partners, aprivate investment firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to Marlin, he was an associate within the global business development group at Platinum Equity, a leading global private investment firm based in Beverly Hills. Mr. Oehlmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.

Evergreen opened its Los Angeles office in 2009 to both better serve several existing portfolio companies as well as leverage the significant potential for new opportunities.
