O’Melveny & Myers LLP partner Mark Easton has been named deputy general counsel with Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. He will help staff identify long-term growth strategies and business plans for the company.

LOS ANGELES, CA ─ April 18, 2011 ─ O’Melveny & Myers LLP partner Mark Easton has been named Deputy General Counsel, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. In his capacity as Deputy General Counsel, Easton will work closely with Warner Bros. Executive Vice President and General Counsel, John Rogovin, supervising the legal support for the business transactions of the Studio on global basis, as well as assisting the corporate staff to identify and delineate long-term growth strategies and business plans for Warner Bros.
