Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital
Lise De Nicola has joined the Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team as Analyst. Antoine Joris has been appointed Principal. The Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital business line reports to Laurent Espic, Partner.
Through its 3rd generation funds, the Small Cap team invests in the capital of leading French SMEs in their market with strong growth prospects, within the framework of growth capital and buyout deals. Two deals have already been completed in 2018 with Mistral Group (ERP software dedicated to agricultural equipment dealers and distributors of public works equipment) and ABMI (consulting firm in engineering and industrial innovation).
Benoît Faguer has joined the Private Debt team as Director, reporting to Camille Delibes, Partner.
Through Omnes Mezzanis 3 fund, the Private Debt team provides SMEs/ ETIs with mezzanine and unitranche financing for growth and buyout deals. The fund counts two investments, Escalotel (a hotel company that owns a portfolio of franchised hotels in France) and Marquetis (communication agency specializing in operational marketing).
Fabien Collangettes and Maximilien Fournier-Sourdille have been appointed Principals within the Venture Capital team, reporting to Michel de Lempdes, Managing Partner.
With more than 30 trade sales and nearly 15 IPOs in 20 years (including Novaled, Biovex, arGEN-X and Direct Energie), Omnes’ venture team is a leading French player in financing innovative SMEs with dual expertise in the deep-tech and healthcare sectors. Its current portfolio includes AB Tasty, BlaBlaCar, Scality et Sigfox.
Yannic Trueb has been appointed Principal within the Renewable Energy team. Morgane Honikman has joined the Green Building team as Principal.
These two teams report to Serge Savasta, Managing Partner.

Mehdi Abdallah and Alain Reveillaud have joined Omnes as Middle Office Managers reporting to Serge Rakovitch, Head of Operations.
Omnes has in-house cross-company functions dedicated to supporting operations: marketing and investor relations, communications, human resources, legal, finance, compliance and risk management.
Mehdi Abdallah (32), Middle Office Management
Mehdi Abdallah joined Omnes in November 2018 as Middle Office Manager within Operational Management. Previously, he spent four years at Mazars as Financial auditor after a first job experience in internal audit at Saint Gobain. Mehdi Abdallah is a graduate of EM Lyon.
Fabien Collangettes (36), Principal
Fabien Collangettes joined the Omnes Venture Capital team in January 2017 as Associate. He was appointed Principal in March 2019. He began his career at Accuracy before co-founding a digital and web agency start-up. Before joining Omnes, Fabien Collangettes worked for Paris Business Angels as Executive Officer. Fabien Collangettes holds a degree from Supélec.
Lise De Nicola (26), Analyst
Lise De Nicola joined the Omnes Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team in January 2019 as Analyst. Prior to this, Lise De Nicola spent two years at Eight Advisory as Analyst within the Transaction Services and Restructuring department. Lise De Nicola is a graduate of EM Lyon.
Benoît Faguer (37), Director
Benoît Faguer joined Omnes in September 2018 as Director within the Private Debt team. Benoît Faguer was previously Portfolio Manager in Private Corporate Debt (2015-2017) and Head of Euro Private Corporate Debt at Aviva Investors. He previously worked at HSBC Paris as Associate Director in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance.
Benoît Faguer graduated from EDHEC Business School.
Maximilien Fournier-Sourdille (30), Principal
Maximilien Fournier-Sourdille joined the Venture Capital team in July 2017 as an Associate. He was appointed Principal in March 2019. He mainly invests in biotech, medtech and e-health. He sits on supervisory boards of Enterome, Themis Bioscience, Eye Tech Care and Therapixel. Maximilien started his career as an entrepreneur and is co-founder of FeetMe which develops biomedical analysis solutions for patients suffering from neurological disorders. A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, he also holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
Morgane Honikman (34), Principal
Morgane Honikman joined Omnes in October 2018 as Principal within the Green Building team. She started her career in 2010 at Eiffage Concessions as Project Finance Manager in infrastructure projects. Then she joined Green Yellow, the branch of Casino Group specializing in energy issues, as Finance Manager. Morgane Honikman graduated from ESSEC.
Antoine Joris (31), Principal
Antoine Joris joined the Omnes Small Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team in December 2015. He was appointed Principal in March 2019. Since starting, he has notably worked on 5 investments including Mistral Informatique, Batiweb Group, Groupe InCA as well as 2 exits Nomios and SIMP. Previously, he spent two years in M&A at Rothschild & Cie in Paris and Brussels, having initially gained experience at IK Investment Partners and Merrill Lynch in London, as well as at Leonardo & Co in Brussels. Antoine Joris holds a master’s degree in business engineering from Solvay Business School in Brussels.
Alain Reveillaud (35), Middle Office Management
Alain Reveillaud joined Omnes in September 2018 as Middle Office Manager. He worked at Société Générale as UCITS accountant from 2007 to 2012 and then as Private Equity Middle Officer from 2012 to 2018.
Alain Reveillaud holds a Financial Markets Middle & Back Office degree.
Yannic Trueb (30), Principal
Yannic Trueb joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes as an Analyst in May 2014. He was appointed Principal in March 2019. Yannic Trueb holds a Master’s in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Zurich.
