Omni Eye Services, a portfolio company of New MainStream Capital, has acquired Phillips Eye Center. Financial terms weren’t announced. Phillips Eye Center, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, is led by Hadley Phillips, DO, and provides eye care to the northern New Jersey area.
Iselin, NJ and Elmwood Park, NJ, January 17, 2018 – Omni Eye Services (“Omni”), a portfolio company of New MainStream Capital (“NMS”), announced today that it has affiliated with the Phillips Eye Center (“Phillips”) led by Hadley Phillips, DO. Dr. Phillips, along with his colleagues, have been providing high quality eye care to the northern New Jersey area since 1983. Dr. Phillips will continue to lead Phillips Eye Center and will now benefit from the administrative support and scale provided by Omni Eye Services Management Team.
