ON Networks Raises $12 Million

ON Networks Inc., an Austin, Texas-based producer of original online video entertainment, has raised $12 million in second-round funding. Accel Partners led the deal, and was joined by return backers Austin Ventures and AT&T Corp. www.onnetworks.com
