PE-backed ACS buys Homewood

American Construction Source, which is backed by Angeles Equity Partners LLC and Clearlake Capital Group LP, has acquired Homewood Holdings LLC, a regional lumber and building materials pro dealer operating in California, Washington, and Arizona.
