PE-backed Advance Pharma to acquire Intercept’s Europe, Canada and non-U.S. businesses

Advanz Pharma, which is backed by Nordic Capital, has agreed to acquire Intercept Pharmaceutical Inc.'s business in Europe, Canada and all other markets outside of the U.S.
