Alion, which is backed by Veritas Capital, has closed its previously announced acquisition of Vienna, Virginia-based MacB, a provider of complex engineering and mission critical technology solutions and services for national security missions. No financial terms were disclosed.
MCLEAN, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Alion Science and Technology Corporation (“Alion”), a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (“MacB”).
