Bravo Sports, a portfolio company of Transom Capital Group, has acquired Dwindle Distribution. The seller was Globe International. No financial terms were disclosed. D.A. Davidson served as financial adviser to Globe International on the deal. Dwindle is a skateboard designer, manufacturer and distributor that owns iconic brands such as Almost, Blind, Darkstar, Dusters, Enjoi, Speed Demons, Superior and Tensor Truck.
EL SEGUNDO & SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif – August 28, 2019 – Transom Bravo Holdings (“Bravo Sports”), a portfolio company of Transom Capital Group (“Transom”), today announced it has acquired Dwindle Distribution (“Dwindle”) from Globe International. Bravo Sports is a market leader in action sports with strong sales relationships and a deep portfolio of products in the scooter, skateboard, protective, ride-on and skate segments. Bravo Sports is a market leader in mass, sporting goods, and specialty retailers with brands including Kryptonics, Pulse Performance Products, Circle Society, Sector 9, Pro-tec, Nutcase and SixSixOne to go along with industry leading license partners like Nickelodeon, Disney, Universal and Vision.
Dwindle is a premium skateboard designer, manufacturer and distributor that owns iconic brands such as Almost, Blind, Darkstar, Dusters, Enjoi, Speed Demons, Superior, and Tensor Trucks. Dwindle also includes Douglas Street Manufacturing (DSM), an OEM business for leading skateboard brands.
