PE-backed Calero buys Comview Corp

Calero Software, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners, has acquired Comview Corporation, a specialty telecom expense management, call accounting and usage management software and services provider. No financial terms were disclosed.



Calero Software, LLC (”Calero” or the “Company”), a leading provider of Communications Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and managed services including Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Managed Mobility Services (MMS) and Usage Management, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Comview Corporation, a specialty Telecom Expense Management, Call Accounting and Usage Management software and service provider. The acquisition was completed on December 29, 2017. Financial terms were not disclosed.
